How to receive leaf tea easily

How to brew leaf tea with a coffee paper filter is also good! The Shimabara green tea of the steamed jade green tea is the first pore are thick and sweet, when you want to feel a little light, it is recommended!

Sweet tea is lukewarm (70-80 ℃), and the bitter taste is more temperature

To make the Shimabara green tea of steamed jade green tea sweet and delicious, the boiling water (approx. 90 ℃) is moved to another vessel once, and the temperature is lowered to about 70-80℃.
(You can use it in the sense of warming the cup bowl)

Put the tea leaves in a teapot (approximately one teaspoon of 3g is the standard), pour a small amount of hot water
and wait for about one minute tea leaves open. And then,  little a bit in turn,
(in the case of 3 people, you'll pour it into the 1cup → 2cup → 3cup → 3cup → 2cup → 1cup),
so that the water becomes equal to the thickness of the liquid.
* Pour the last drop of tea into a teapot. (When the hot water is left, it becomes a bitter tea when I put it next)

A lazy person
The tea leaves are put in the teapot and the cold water of about which the tea leaf soaks. Pour the hot water in a little time (until the tea leaves open) in which the taste of tea, sweetness comes out,
In addition, the hot water becomes the perfect temperature! A very mellow tea is available.

There is no handle in the cup to know the right temperature to be delicious?

Coffee and tea cups have handles, but the Japanese teacups do not have handles. I feel the temperature of the bowl in my hand.
There seems to be a meaning to say. The wisdom of the predecessors is wonderful!

But in the case of roasted tea...
In the case of roasted tea, because astringency is small, and it is gotten by decoction or hot tea, the thickness of cup is thick.
The tea that the sushi restrant's cup are big and thick, too.

As is the case with coffee, water is important!

The water used for tea does not have to be bottled water, but it is not allowed to be chlorine, just boil it for 4-5 minutes and please unplug the chlorine.
(There is a chlorine, and a very nice tea is ruined!)

The shimabara green tea was widely known throughout the country as a SONOGI green tea and SECHIBARU tea as well as the brand tea of Nagasaki.
However, most of the tea plantations were burnt by the pyroclastic flow in the Unzen volcano disaster in 1993, and gave up their teas.
Now, our tea plantations and a few persons, which remain in the KUREISHIBARU, have been made in small fields.
Then, the Shimabara green tea which has been acclaimed for 20 years has been revived.
